| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Fibromodulin is a ubiquitous protein that is most prominent in articular cartilage, tendon, and ligament. The human Fibromodulin gene maps to chromosome 1q32 and encodes a 376 amino acid protein. Function: Affects the rate of fibrils formation. May have a primary role in collagen fibrillogenesis. Subunit: Binds to type I and type II collagen (By similarity). Subcellular Location: Secreted, extracellular space, extracellular matrix. Post-translational modifications: Binds keratan sulfate chains. Similarity: Belongs to the small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family. SLRP class II subfamily. Contains 11 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats. Contains 1 LRRNT domain.
