CTNNBIP1 (Catenin, beta interacting protein 1) binds to beta-catenin and prevents the interaction between beta-catenin and TCF transcription factor family members. It is a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. Function: Prevents the interaction between CTNNB1 and TCF family members, and acts as negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway.
